You must be at least 18 years old to independently purchase or participate in paid intuitive readings, spiritual consultations, or similar one-on-one services unless otherwise permitted by applicable law and expressly approved by Intuitive Talks with Myra.

By booking a service, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally able to enter into this agreement.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact information when scheduling an appointment.

Appointment times are reserved specifically for the client. Clients are encouraged to arrive or connect on time.

Late arrival may reduce the amount of time available for the session. Depending on scheduling availability, a substantially late appointment may need to be rescheduled.

Intuitive Talks with Myra reserves the right to refuse, discontinue, or cancel a service when necessary, including in situations involving inappropriate behavior, harassment, threats, safety concerns, suspected fraud, or circumstances in which continuing the service would be inappropriate.

Because appointments reserve dedicated time, cancellation and rescheduling requirements may apply and will be communicated during the booking process.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, completed spiritual services, readings, consultations, event participation, and other services that have already been provided are generally non-refundable.

A client's dissatisfaction with the message, interpretation, prediction, or guidance received during an intuitive or spiritual service does not by itself create a right to a refund.

If Intuitive Talks with Myra must cancel a paid appointment and an alternative appointment cannot reasonably be arranged, the client may be offered a rescheduled service or refund, as appropriate.

Any specific refund, cancellation, or rescheduling terms displayed during checkout or booking will also apply.

Payment may be required before an appointment, event, ritual, or other service is confirmed.

Available payment methods may be provided through the website or communicated directly to the client.

By submitting payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Prices, promotions, discounts, and availability are subject to change. Promotional codes must be used according to the terms associated with the promotion and generally cannot be applied retroactively.

Participation in prayer circles, meditation circles, workshops, spiritual gatherings, rituals, or other group events is voluntary.

Participants understand that group spiritual experiences may involve prayer, meditation, reflection, discussion, or other spiritual practices.

Participants are expected to treat other attendees respectfully and protect the privacy of personal information shared by others during group gatherings.

Intuitive Talks with Myra may remove a participant whose behavior is disruptive, threatening, discriminatory, harassing, or otherwise interferes with the safety or experience of the group.

Participation in any ritual, candle service, prayer practice, meditation, or other spiritual activity is voluntary unless clearly identified as part of the service being purchased.

No spiritual practice or ritual is represented as guaranteeing a particular outcome.

Clients and participants are responsible for safely using any candles, herbs, oils, incense, or other physical materials they choose to use independently. Never leave candles, incense, or other burning materials unattended.

We respect the personal nature of spiritual consultations.

Information provided during private sessions will generally be treated as confidential, subject to our Privacy Policy and any circumstances in which disclosure may be required or permitted by law.

Clients should understand that electronic communications and online services cannot be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Unless otherwise stated, website content and original materials created by Intuitive Talks with Myra—including written content, graphics, branding, educational materials, event materials, and other original content—are owned by or licensed to Intuitive Talks with Myra.

Clients and participants may not record, livestream, reproduce, or publicly distribute private sessions or group events without prior permission from Intuitive Talks with Myra and, when applicable, the consent of other participants.

Testimonials displayed on the website or social media reflect individual experiences.

Testimonials are not guarantees that another client will experience the same or similar results.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Intuitive Talks with Myra will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or similar damages resulting from the use of this website, participation in services, reliance upon spiritual guidance, or inability to access services.
